Order Verification and Long-Term Support Information
When you request order-related service, iKAGOO may ask for your order number, purchaser or recipient name, contact details and other reasonable evidence needed to verify that you are authorized to access the order. We may record the verification result and the related support request to help prevent unauthorized disclosure and provide consistent after-sales service.
For eligible products receiving long-term support, we may also collect or retain relevant product model, hardware version, serial or batch identifier where available, firmware version, vehicle configuration, delivery date, compatibility findings and repair or replacement history. Vehicle photographs, diagnostic files and chat attachments are requested only when relevant to the particular technical or support issue.
Providing an order number or WhatsApp contact does not by itself authorize anyone to access the complete order record. We may request additional verification before disclosing personal information or changing an order.

If an authenticated customer voluntarily uses the AI Product Advisor, limited account or order context may be processed where reasonably necessary to answer that customer's request. This does not mean that Google user data is used to train an AI model.

iKAGOO ships vehicle-specific automotive electronics to customers internationally. Available delivery methods and shipping charges may depend on the customer's destination, products ordered, package characteristics and available logistics routes.

Order Verification and Continued After-Sales Support
We use necessary order and product information to verify the original purchaser, maintain a record of the supplied hardware and vehicle configuration, handle warranty or repair claims, and provide eligible long-term support. Our published support framework includes a separate 12-month commercial hardware warranty, 3 years of free remote software support and 5 years of parts-and-upgrade support for eligible original purchasers. Requested Sales Assistance and Optional Marketing
When you ask for product advice, a compatibility review or a quotation, we may use the information you provide to answer the enquiry, clarify missing vehicle details and follow up on unresolved questions about that request. This is separate from optional newsletters, promotional offers and other direct marketing. Promotional communications are sent only where an applicable lawful basis and any required communications permission exist. You may object to direct marketing or withdraw marketing consent at any time.
An enquiry, checkout visit, account creation or provision of a WhatsApp number is not treated as automatic consent to unrelated promotional messages.
