Eligibility & condition checklist
Check before you return
- All items and accessories present (wiring harness, brackets, GPS, mics)
- Protective films intact; screen and bezel free of scratches
- No cut/spliced wires; connectors and pins undamaged
- Original packaging with foam inserts retained
- Device not bound to accounts; factory reset if applicable
Missing/damaged parts may reduce the refund according to replacement cost.
Non-returnable items
- Custom-ordered or flashed firmware builds, VIN-locked units
- Installed devices showing tool marks, glue, or modified mounts
- Consumables and perishable adhesives once opened
- Clearance/final sale items (marked on product page)
- Physical damage, liquid ingress, or burnt PCBs not covered as DOA

How to start a return (RMA)
- Request RMA: submit order number, reason, and photos/videos via returns form.
- Approval & label: we confirm eligibility and provide return address/label instructions.
- Ship back: pack with original foam; include all accessories; write RMA # outside the carton.
- Inspection: we verify condition and completeness on arrival.
- Refund or exchange: refund to original payment method, or exchange as requested.
Return shipping, cancellations & packaging
- Pre-shipment cancellations: cancel before dispatch for a full refund of the order total. Authorizations are voided or captures are reversed; wallets may take 1–3 business days to release funds.
- Who pays returns: for delivered goods, customer pays return freight unless DOA/our mistake.
- Carrier choice: trackable service required; keep the receipt until the refund is issued.

Refund timeline & fees
- Pre-shipment: full refund upon cancellation; we trigger the reversal immediately after confirmation.
- Post-delivery returns: typically 5–10 business days after inspection; bank processing may add 2–3 days.
- Restocking fee: 0% if like-new and complete. Missing parts may be deducted at replacement cost.

Exchanges & model changes
Need a different trim or fitment? Exchanges are supported within the 7-day window if stock is available. You’ll pay the price difference and return freight, unless the original fitment advice was our error.
DOA & warranty handoff
- Dead on arrival (DOA): report within 48 часов with photos/videos; we will arrange replacement or repair at our cost.
