Что делать, если я заказал не тот товар?
Перед установкой или использованием продукта обратитесь в компанию iKAGOO. Обмен или возврат могут быть разрешены, если продукт не использовался, не был установлен, находится в полной комплектации и пригоден для повторной продажи.
Как правило, расходы на доставку и любая разница в цене ложатся на клиентов, если был выбран неверный товар, модель автомобиля, год выпуска или заводская комплектация.
Бесплатная предоплаченная этикетка для обратной отправки не предоставляется автоматически.
Могу ли я изменить или отменить свой заказ после оплаты?
Свяжитесь с iKAGOO как можно скорее, желательно в течение Через 12 часов после оформления заказа, при запросе адреса, конфигурации автомобиля или замены товара.
Изменение или отмена не вступают в силу до тех пор, пока они не будут подтверждены компанией iKAGOO. Продукты, предназначенные для конкретных моделей автомобилей, могут быть переданы на этапы закупки, программирования, тестирования, настройки или индивидуальной подготовки вскоре после оплаты.
После начала подготовки или отгрузки отмена заказа может оказаться невозможной, или из суммы заказа могут быть вычтены разумные расходы, уже понесенные в связи с этим.
Что входит в комплект?
Комплектация зависит от продукта, модели автомобиля, заводской системы и выбранной конфигурации.
В зависимости от модели в комплект поставки могут входить основное устройство, специальные для данного автомобиля жгуты проводов, интерфейс CANBUS, адаптеры, USB-кабели, антенны, микрофоны, крепежные детали и другие аксессуары для установки.
